We would like to inform you that effective from 1st September 2011 EasyCall has sold the goodwill and customer base of our Gibraltar operation to CTS. We are sure they will be providing you with the same care and attention for the services that you have been receiving from us including receiving payments, invoicing and customer related services. CTS offices are located at Royal Ocean Plaza, Ocean Village and can be contacted on telephone number 21651500.
The August bills will be invoiced and collection will be due to CTS including any outstanding amounts if applicable.
If EasyCall or CTS does not receive any objection from yourselves within 30 days, it will be taken that you have agreed to the transfer of your account and accepted the terms and conditions of CTS. For your information CTS has more attractive packages for international calls.
The GRA has been informed of the transfer of our Gibraltar operation to CTS and has raised no regulatory objection and said transfer will be done in accordance of the Data Protection Act.
